Overview

These terms apply to your use of findmypet.au and findmypet.co.nz (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from Find My Pet ("we", "us", "our"), Unit 6, 1 Ern Harley Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220, Australia. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Products

Our pet trackers work with the Apple Find My network and with compatible Android devices. Location updates depend on nearby compatible phones, so we can't guarantee a location will be available at any particular time or place. A tracker is a tool to help you find your pet, not a substitute for supervision, microchipping or council registration.

We try to show product colours, sizes and features as accurately as possible, but screens vary and small differences may occur. Please check the sizing guide before ordering a collar.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) on findmypet.au and New Zealand dollars (NZD) on findmypet.co.nz, and include GST where it applies. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Laser engraving

You are responsible for checking the name, phone number and other details you enter for an engraved tag. We engrave exactly what you provide. Please don't include content you don't have the right to use or that is offensive; we may decline to engrave it.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 36-month warranty are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, including loss arising from a tracker being unable to report a location. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to repairing or replacing the goods, or refunding the price you paid.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Find My Pet or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent. Apple, Find My and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. Find My Pet is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Google.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, access other people's data or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
